The double blocking Collinsworth was so excited about

I like Collinsworth as an announcer generally, but I wish he would quit saying that Steeler football implies a smashmouth, effective run game. His idea of Steeler football and what we've been putting on the field for the last 15 years are two different things. I don't recall anything like that since Bettis. Anyway, at one point in the game they showed three different Steeler plays where we used a two on one run block, and he raved about how that is getting back to Steeler football. They looked like effective blocks, looked like a hole was there, the only problem was that the running back went somewhere else - all three times. If those were the designed holes and the RB is not hitting them, that only adds to the OL malaise. I'd need to look at the film, but it did seem like Najeh tended to skip around a bit before hitting the line - however it also seemed like we only ran him when everyone on the planet knew we were running the ball.
