The culture has to change

    There are some serious problems with this team and that's been the case for years. Ben making passive aggressive comments about his coaches or other players. AB skipping practices, recording in the locker room, etc .

    All this stuff needs to be addressed once and for all. Tomlin clearly isn't going anywhere this off season, so it's time for him to lay down the law. Either get with the program or you won't be playing. There needs to be zero tolerance because individuals on this team have shown no ability to police themselves.

    That isn't going to solve all our problems of course, but it's a damn good start. All the talent in the world can't win without the guys playing and acting like a team.

    Not to mention being a Pittsburgh Steeler used to mean something. Guys acted a certain way and we didn't tolerate what other teams do.

    It's time for change. It's time to expect and demand more from everyone in the organization.
