    Not a Klein fan.. I think that he has some serious questions to answer regarding his arm strength. Will he be able to drive the ball downfield in the NFL? We'll see, I suspect not and it may be known before the Draft.. This QB class is as weak pre-draft as any in the last decade. I still maintain that #17 is too high for Elam.. If you're talking trading back, I'm in.

    I've watched him a few times. Big arm, but he's not the most accurate guy and forces the ball into coverage far too often.

    i am talking as a 3rd qb ya know. not as a future replacement for ben. he'd be a game manager and actually fit haleys offense. no real need for a big arm. he can move the chains though passing or with his feet when it breaks down. that's all.

    as far as elam, i don't know we will see closer to the draft, but i think he'd be an excellant fit for what this team needs. all these guys are going to move slots some more before the draft. there certainly aren't alot of guys that jump out in the first that would or could start right away here. he could if needed. he's also a great pick for past just next year.:cool:

    It's weird, I personaly don't think that there's a top 15 talent at Safety this year but I love how many really good players there are. Make no mistake, you're preaching to the choir. I like Elam alot but I think we'll be able to move back and pick up an extra pick if he's the guy. I know you're not talking about Ben's replacement, I just don't like Klein but I could be wrong.
