He may actually have a better chance of "playing" in a SB again than coaching in one. But we all know what you're saying. ;)

I can buy that. I kinda think injuries were more significant this past season. Should be interesting.

Why didn't Cowher win more than one Super Bowl then?

In my opinion because he only had a franchise qb for 3 of his 15 seasons he coached. And bill didn't get him until the end of his coaching career. He should of had 2 superbowls if you know who hadn't thrown 2 passes directly to a white jersey with no black jersey within 15 yards of the intended passes. Lost 4 afc championships that if a decent qb was there we might have won and thus won more superbowls.

I predict 9-6-2. Steelers grab the 7th seed again.

Joe Gibbs managed to win 3 Super Bowls with 3 different QBs, none of them are hall of fame players, try again.

Joe Gibbs doesn't get enough credit for that. IMO. That is really quite a task.

Very true and gibbs is the only coach to ever do that. I was just stating why I thought Bill didn't win more superbowls is all. Like cowhers record shows he was very close in my opinion to being able to achieve something close to that. Of those 4 afc championship losses they had excellent chances to win 3 of them 1 with O'Donnell and 2 with slash. Cowher went deeper in the playoffs only losing one wildcard game in his coaching career with no franchise qb. Tomlin has lost 5 wildcard games with a franchise qb. Tomlin is simply a inferior coach in comparison to cowher.

They should really shut up now. Waiting on a coach to fail is very stupid and immature.

Last seen February 18. But she did this last year and didn’t climb out of her groundhog hole until the first Steelers loss. She’s just a middle school kid.

Belichick went 7-9 the year after Brady left.

The team was likely worse personnel-wise last year than it will be this year. Ben wasn’t exactly a Pro-Bowl calibre QB last year. The Dline was crushed by injuries. The ILBs stunk. The OL stunk. Yet somehow they made the playoffs.

If last season didn’t silence the critics then another decent season won’t either.

Also had 8 players opt out for covid that year.

Yup. Any different than the number of key injuries the Steelers seem to suffer each year? This fanbase was pissed that the Steelers didn't continue strong down the stretch with Duck Hodges. Tomlin took a team with Mason and Duck 8-8.

    They had injuries also.
8 player opted out for covid didn't stop them from getting injuries.
If You think I'm saying this 2 cut down M. Tomlin....you'd be wrong.
I'm saying this for fairness of the evil one in New England.
    I'm a Tomlin supporter.
Do I get mad at Him yes, but I can't remember a coach we've had I didn't get mad at.....So...
Of course I have only lived through 3 coaches.

Oh I know you are. If the Steelers end up with Rudolph, Haskins, or a rookie as the starter then his seat shouldn’t even be warm.
