Interesting. Like the outside the box thinking here.

They had some good LBs. The freshman - I think his name is Roberts - damn good.

That time off for Mike McCarthy really must have helped him out. I don't recall him making such moves during his time with Dallas. As for C.J. Ah You, he led a rock solid Texas Tech LB Corps during the past two seasons and not just this one.

David Bailey does get all of the spotlight but Romello Height and Jacob Rodriguez are players who are also worth a look; doubly so in Height. He doesn't have the height nor length one would want but his superb based speed to power based pass rushing skills are not to be faulted. Only major issue is that he is scheme limited in addition to him being 24.

Wondering what the chain of connection between the two is?

usually someone knows someone who puts someone on the radar type of thing. Always interesting to see how the various networks are built.

Helps that Cody Campbell gave TTU football a blanket check.

McCarthy couldn't do **** with that insecure, medaling, fossil on his neck at every turn in Dallas.

Jimmy Johnson was the last Coach that could for the Cowboys. Brian Schottenheimer likely will be the same; Jerry doing everything and anything he so desires.
