And it was a good decision

Kind of like shutting down the NYSE when panic happens

 

I was wondering if it was just me, i even went to this site call isitdownrightnow their testing said they were reaching this site

 

I am pretty sure only some of us lost it. I lost it for 3 days and a lot of the post I see happened during those 3 days.

 

Not too dependable site any more time to move on.

The site was actually up and loading, which is what the down detectors check for. But the internal database that loads the content to the site was broken.

 

Correct. If typed in www.thesteelersfans.com, the home page would load and come up. When I clicked to go to the forum, nothing would load. Just got the error message.

I did that a few times just to make sure that the tab I had up on my computer didn't crap out.

 

I thought it was a commie plot. I thought maybe TSF was relegated to some little used corner of the dark web.

 

Just glad it is back up.

 

I feared it may have gone the same way as @Ray D's mailbox.

I wasn't able to access the board from Friday until Monday, it would say server error.

 

Bunch of guys on the internet, talking about having trouble getting it up.
