    How's it vindication? Has Pryor even done anything in a real game at WR yet?
    One catch last year. HOF bound!

    Honestly..Pryor has done nothing as a WR yet....My point was I thought he would...and it appears he will. One of the reasons I don't even post that often anymore is because of all the Monday Morning QB's on here(and other boards) That feel the need to bash every time someone says anything off the beaten path...as NOT THE STEELER WAY. This kid could have been the 3rd or 4th WR as well as the 3rd Emergency QB. But the BROWNS cut him so he must suck. More times than people want to admit...its a coaching and surroundings issue....Randy Moss...same thing a few years back...He is a headache..and not even good on the Raiders...he is washed up....WHy would you want him Hack....He is a waste.......Yet somehow he was unstoppable with Tom Brady and the Pats.....You telling me the Pats are a better org than the Steelers? The old basketball analogy of "you miss 100 percent of the shots you don't take" applies. Keep and eye on talent.....bring them in when you can. Especially when you can get them cheap.....you are out nothing if you cut them.

    I think the kid is going to be good....and thats with RG3 throwing him the ball....You let Ben throw to a 6'4" 4.36 speed...you have potentially something special...Ask DHB ...was considered a wasted roster spot till he got here as well. And guys like Mike Wallace were AMAZING with Ben at QB...and then just another body in Miami and Minn...and most likely Balt.

    HACK

    Besides the "prior" 2 posts, pointing out the obvious...

    We have to face him twice a year...:hmm:...

    With the secondary we have, you don`t sense the danger???

    Thank God they god rid of their center and right tackle, so we might get sacks on whoever is throwing the ball for them., by the time we play them, but, he is a legit threat...

    If we don`t kill their qb, he can torch our secondary...

    Even a 3d string qb can get the ball in his hands, and, SPEED KILLS (especially us)...

    Just Sayin...:shrug::steelflag:

    I'm not saying Pryor won't be good. Just saying he hasn't done anything yet.

    i think its him hack. the kid was just bigger and faster then the other kids and thats as far as he blossomed. even with the buckeyes he never became what he should have. its like his growth stalled out with physical ability that took him as far as his work ethic could. now if the right coach in the right situation got to him to learn beyond his physical attributes, he could be a monster as a player, but i don't think that scenario has been found yet. the coach that gets through to him to strive to be greater. i always thought he would be one of the greatest TE's in the business if he got in the right situation with the right team and coach in the pros. by the way nice to see you on here again my friend. :cool:

    I don't think Pryor could be a TE...only about 225 and never has blocked at any level....Would of been even more one dimensional than KW2. I think he is going to develop into an outstanding WR. I would have him running the route tree 100 times a day. That is his only weakness. He has the size, speed, hands, leaping ability, and understanding of what his QB wants him to do. Just getting in and out of those breaks. Thats what has made AB the threat that he is....He can't be covered when you have a QB who knows he is going to be open for a beat out of those breaks.

    he would have to block as a wr here. 15lbs. of muscle at his size would make him a nice receiving TE. a will johnson type with better speed. :cool:

    Pryor grew up in Jeanette, Pa right outside PGH, he was the Lebron James of Western Pa, bigger, better, faster
    than all kids, #1 recruit in all USA the year he graduated. As someone suggested his talents stalled out in college
    because he relied on his God given talent way too much. He must put in the work to make it in the NFL, we shall see
    the verdict is still out on him. He has been given everything since the eighth grade so I have my doubts.
