    Eh, I don't think this should affect his draft position. Real bad timing and some immaturity (why risk drinking and driving leading up to the draft?) but nothing serious when you consider there are people in the nation that amass 12 DUI's and counting. Not saying it's right in any means, but I think a majority of the people of age and that drink have made the wrong decision and gotten behind the wheel. Charles got caught.
