Does Lamarr Woodley have more passion for cars than he did football?

Nice new paint job but to do that to a Saturn seems a bit of a waste.

That is soooooooooo what bothers me about the show. 1st of all, it is an obvious rip off to "Pimp My Ride." And just like that show, the recipient would be FAR off if they gave them a new car, not just fix up an old roach, which will surely break down before the cosmetics wear out. It seems like such a waste.

And to worsen matters, his hero who delivered the car was Joe Haden....how is he liking him now? Only the Browns would have their one of only two (Joe Thomas the other) "face of the franchise" go to their hated arch rival.

My MINI would still smoke that Saturn AND it has a Ghostbusters air freshener AND a Steelers license plate cover! That car probably blew up before it crossed the Clemente bridge. LOL!

Looks like he's in better shape now. LOL! Honestly though I loved Woodley and wish he could have stayed healthy. When he was on his game he was a beast.

He had a good run. He got his big pay day and then couldn't keep his weight under control. Players and coaches alike were criticizing his conditioning.

Next up, we have a 1994 Pontiac Sunbird with 244,000 miles. You'll be the talk of the town with the new slick paint job and $4,000 stereo system. we'll even throw in a new a valve cover gasket.

One of my favorite things about living in the south is seeing all the people who live in trailer parks and drive 1994 CRX's with systems in them that are worth more than their trailers. LOL!

I'm going to guess '75 Pinto.

Also guessing the show cut out the part where the car exploded when the Browns fan tried to back out of the stadium and tapped a plastic traffic cone.

I would pay money to see that. LOL! Actually right here in Maynardville TN our most famous landmark is an actual Pinto on a pole. It has been there all my life and is a trademark of our town. It's about 20 feet in the air or so.

It's basically the sign for a body shop that has been there for years. It's at 1330 Maynardville Hwy on google maps if you want to see a picture of it. I don't know how to post things like that but you could see it if you rotate the map on Googlemaps.

I found it on Google Maps. That's cool.

On the topic of the Tackle My Ride show, Steelers edition: Minus commercials and foreshadowing what's coming up and the next commercial break, the actual show seemed to be five minutes long. Kind of like watching NFL games on TV...

Another thing that bothered me about this show is that they kept referring to us as "the black and yellow". Dude. For the last time.... IT'S BLACK AND GOLD PEOPLE! BLACK! AND! GOLLLLLLD!!!! :frustrated::frustrated::frustrated:

I hear Shazier also always reference us as black and yellow, but I remember that conversion starting with Woodley.

Yes kinda like when someone throws one of those exhaust pipe extensions, that makes alot of noise on a Ford Escort or Fusion making believe that they have a to fast to furious euro car. Makes alot of noise but going nowhere.:lolol::facepalm::sign0011:

Yeah I've had many of debates about that. I've been asked why do we said Black and Gold and that the Saints are the real Black and Gold blahblah and we should be chanting Black and Yellow like the song by Wiz Khalifa. I repond with hey...it's always been our chant and besides the Gold is a form of Yellow/Gold and we're sticking to it end of discussion.:herewego!:

For me it's just intertainment I don't take any of it that serious and besides Woodley was a Steeler so that's always good. I do enjoy seeing the winners enjoying alittle happiness and hope in their lives because the whole show is geared to helping those who have or are facing some sort of adversity in their lifes and that's always positive "human kindness" it goes along ways.
