    Not sure if I am remembering this correctly but I think I saw a stat last night that every time there has been a matchup of #1 offense against #1 defense, the #1 defense prevailed.

    Defense wins, proven SB after SB. This game was kind of an odd fashion though, Atlanta offense pounded NE early but then NE's defense shut them down in order to climb back in and win it.

    This is why as loaded as the Steelers offense is, they need to beef up the defensive side. Atlantas pass D was ranked 28th in the league and got exploited once they front couldn't get to Brady anymore.

    Dont hate!!! If teams don't want the Pats in the bowl every other year then do something about it until then they will keep hoisting Lombardis and any Football fan can't hate that. Just saying

    Die hard Steeler Fan here, you can't hate on that type of finish.. being down that many points and to come back and win it all!!! I'm a Football fan aswell and I can be bias in recognizing excellence. Go Steelers!!!

    Of course, the difference between the winning teams you cite and the Patriots is that the Patriots are proven cheaters. That might have something to do with the hatred towards them.

    Given the way Bradshaw was gushing all over Brady and Belichick, I wouldn't doubt he took it. It was sickening and actually turned my stomach. Blech.

    Bradshaw is probably hoping NE surpasses the Steelers in SB's, he seems to hate Pittsburgh and its fans that much.
