As we all know the Steelers struggle mightily to stop elite receiving TEs, and Greg Olsen is one of the best. He is a seam splitter who can get deep and is a huge RAC threat.

Our LBs struggle in space, especially VW, and our S must be able to deal with Olsen's size and speed.

I predict if we hold Olsen to a line less than 5/80/1 TD we will win. If Olsen blows up with 100+ yards and multiple TDs it will be a L for the Steelers.

On the flipside it would help immensely if McDonald can go into beastmode again.

They have a lot of weapons. Cam, Olsen, newton, greg, their QB, and their TE. That's 6 on my count lol

I hope Fort sees more time on the field. Better than Vince for these kind of situations.

This is where Jon Bostic needs to step up big time. The same could be said for Terrell Edmunds.

For Pittsburgh to increase their chances of winning, limit Greg Olsen as much as possible.

That being said, Christian McCaffery worries me the most.

That and containing Newton. I heard he has run 9 times a game this year. He's going to pick up some crucial 3rd downs with his legs, I can see it now.

Just a bit frustrated because apparently Pit drafted all these safeties to match up w the elite TEs and slot receivers. We’re we not sold on that concept??

Many said Edmunds was drafted to be a Gronk-killer. Let's see if he can handle Olsen. He has not impressed me so far this year with his coverage skills.

I tell ya that Shazier injury still bothers me pretty bad. Steelers would be 20-30% more of an overall threat with him at LB. I believe it would have been a different story last year in the playoffs.

What I look for early in the game is the matchup at the line. If we show we can push them around a bit and run successfully, that will be huge. If the opposite happens, it will be tough to win just throwing the ball. We don`t play these guys very often, so no idea if we match up well.

panthers have the #1 rushing offense. we have been playing better vs the run, however cam contributes to that # as well.

So true about Shazier. He is truly missed. Especially in matchup football

Cam is going to be hard to contain. Hope we get up on them & make him throw.

They will be fine. Fitzpatrick can be pretty slippery and they contained him. Plus Fitz can put up a ridiculous amount of points. This defense may not be the greatest but they are pretty quick around and to the ball.

I agree Olsen is a big weapon but I am worried about Cam. I feel he will take advantage of Dupree and his wide/deep pass rush and step up and run. I also feel McCaffery is a must to stop, he is everything Bell use to be for us. Hilton can shut down Olsen and I am sure Haden can cover Funchess. Cam, McCaffery and Samuels are gonna be hard to stop.

I also feel ball control for us long drives will put even more pressure on the Panthers offense. Ben will be key, if we convert on 3rd down like we did last week watch out!!!!

I think limiting Cam when he decides to tuck it and run will be more critical. Watt and Dupree need to keep their awareness and make solid tackles if they get the chance.

I think McCaffery leads team in receptions as well as rushing yards.

I am not a panther fan but isn’t it smart with 2 games left vs the saints to pull Cam now in this meaningless game???

    4 receptions, 40 yards....

I think they did a good job keeping in check.

I think the x factor for Carolina is Christian McCaffery. 3TDs
