Maybe they're trying to pick Ridley's brain about the Pats? You figure if the guy had anything to offer he would have caught on with one of the 6 other teams he's been on in the last couple of years.

Not surprised they signed a RB, but I am surprised it's Ridley. Nothing against him, just surprising.

 

He hasn't played for NE since October 2014, so I don't know that he'd have much current knowledge.

Looked up his combine, he’s out of LSU. 4.66 40, 225 lbs. apparently a good pass blocker and a straight forward power back

Have you guys ever seen One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest??? What they did to Jack Nicholson is what the Patriots do to every player before they're released. Ridley will provide us with no information.

 

Knowing our luck, he will be with us long enough to get a playbook and then wind up with the cheatriots just in time to play us again.

 

What kind of information were you looking for? Do you really think having information on pats will make BB not to throw a pick or gronk going crazy ?or not being able to score a single point in the 4th quarter ?

I agree this has to be to play head games with the Pats but they don't fall for that stuff because if he was even on the radar before now he would have gotten a camp invite at least.

 

Saw him play in the preseason with Denver and was surprised he was cut. Thought he was better than 2of the RBs they kept. Plus Denver’s O- line is the dregs.
