Unfortunately, I agree. I'd love to be able to watch an 18th game but WTF has anyone seen from this team in the past few games that makes them feel like they can beat anyone? Even last year when we played the Rats the 2nd time, who were down to their 3rd string QB by around halftime, along with half their team missing, we still nearly lost. Browns will be playing their SB just like last year and I hope it isn't like the last time they were in town. I just don't know what lies ahead but I hope it isn't like the past few seasons where we strung losses to end the season. JMO>

 

Wait just one minute, that position is reserved for the Stains. But do agree the Bungles are within reach though. JMO>

 

It looks the Steelers need 2 ties to get in if they lose to Cle. They need LV/LAC to tie, AND they need Miami to tie, to wipe out the H2H lose to The Chargers.

There’s roughly one tie per yr in the NFL (1/274 games = 0.36%). The chance of two ties is 1 in 75,000. But never say die!!!

Division ties are broken first, so LAC finishes ahead of LV on head-to-head. PIT lost head-to-head to LAC, but if MIA also finishes 8-8-1, no H2H sweep exits, so the H2H loss is bypassed, and PIT advances on conference record.

Pretty close, but not entirely true. If the Raiders win, it means the Colts lost this week. The Steelers still would have a shot if the Jags beat the Colts in week 18 (unlikely, but Jags beat NE this year).

 

Honest I tried but got annoyed. Let's say we win last two games. Would that put us in or do we have to rely on other teams losing??

I'm closing my eye's today and waking up Monday morning hoping you have our situation for making Playoffs figured out.

 

Everything should be clear as day for what needs to be done by 8 o clock tonight. Games to watch today that have a direct impact on Steelers and who to root for are below.

Chiefs at Bengals: Need Chiefs win for AFC North Title chances

Raiders at Colts: Need Colts win for Wildcard chances

Dolphins at Titans: Need Titans win for wildcard chances

Rams at Ravens: Need Rams win but a Ravens win doesn’t hurt playoff chances either way for both division or wildcard

Broncos at Chargers: Need Broncos win for wildcard chances

Should be a fun interesting day of scoreboard watching and we will know everything we need to know come 8 o clock tonight and I will have an update on every scenario possible going into next week.
