Ok we heard you the first time

 

Tomlin used his three timeouts perfectly. Titans three and out with a TO after every play. We got the ball back with 1:32 left, big pass to AB that he fumbled, Martavis recovered at the 30, Boz hits FG...whew

 

Pens win 3-1, Guentzel gets credit for the goal originally credited to Dumoulin, Sheahan gets the empty netter, his first as a Pen. Murray with 21 saves.

 

Is it just me or does Bell look slow? He just doesn't have the shimmy and shake anymore. He is being brought down in all 1x1 match ups.

Decastro and Pouncey both got beaten soundly on their last sack too.

 

Except for McDonald, who is out. That sit down in the back corner last week was epic.

 

This team needs to put the tv on in the locker room and listen to what Tony and Rodney are saying. These guys understand

 

Ben threw him open and James can't move well enough to catch it. A little a high but still should have gotten hands on it

 

Our TEs suck, we have been spoiled for so long.

 

So... first half notes..


- Why is JuJu not receiving any looks?


- Dupree has decided that he does want to be a good player.


- T.J. Watt is slowly becoming more aware of his latent potential. More reps means a better chance to tap into his ability to play more and think less.


- Ryan Shazier is seriously making a case for DPOY.


- Special Teams is living up to the first portion of their name.


- I truly believe that, in the 2018 NFL Draft, a tight end is likely going to be a possible option.


- Martavis.... what happened?


- Artie seriously needs to put his head in the game. Way too many "La La Land" lapses.


- Coty is more than the sum of his parts. Needs to continue though.


- Sean Davis is fine tuning his abilities at the right time. Like T.J., more reps will mean a better player as he is developing his own instincts and ability to play more and think less.


- Le'Veon Bell needs more carries. Then again.....


- ..... The offensive line has to open up the holes for him.



Plenty more I want to talk about, like Jordan Berry's first half being parallel to his season but these points are what come to mind for me.

 

Too easy? Ratings? Practicing for playing in a quagmire? Ben got to call first series....Haley the rest?

That player would rather be a position.


That position needs an upgrade; tight end.

 

Hey, but did you hear that the Titans fans think they have a good pass rush to get pressure they just don’t get sacks?

 

I hope Haley noticed we are having pass blocking issues and changes play calling in favor of quick passes so Ben can get rid of the ball and relax a little.

At least the Titans are having the same issues, even worse IMO.
