I've been called obsessed with the Eagles. I live among their annoying faithful so I only mess around with BBH about it. He has same problem with Dallas.

 

That, and one of the announcers calling the Cincy-Philly game just said Wentz has six picks this year. People need to really appreciate our #7 whatever time he has left with the Steeler's.

This was the first time in 25 games the Steelers didn't turn the ball over.

 

Holy ****! I just knew they lost didn't know that happened.

 

I`m thinking about how the game played out and why it was close. I think the competitive score was all about Watson successfully completing some high risk passes for the most part. Their defense is nothing special and they could not run the ball. Not worried about our defense because of what happened today.

In conclusion, we are substantially better than them, but they are only a borderline playoff team IMO. That makes us pretty good. We have more upside with guys like Ebron and Claypool developing in the offense. We may yet rise to be a top contender.

I understand this is a Steelers GameDay Thread. That said, look at the Atlanta Falcons and Dan Quinn. Given the amount of critique that Tomlin has seen over the years here, one would think that Dan Quinn and Mike Tomlin have reversed roles. However, this is not the case.



That said, do those that simply hate Tomlin wanna trade for Dan Quinn?!

Ben still has kinks to work out, but he was there when he needed to be. That first down run that was challenged showed me that he is fully invested in winning at all costs, not that I ever questioned it.
