I think our receivers suck at getting immediate separation, last weeks opening shot to Pickens notwithstanding. They usually take so long to create any separation!!

 

I don’t know why those aren’t more in the plan?!

Good start by the defense, so all Tomlin's stupidity costs them is some field position.

I’ve seen Pickett throw that back shoulder a bunch and Pickens usually comes down with it. Seemed like a lackadaisical effort to me but I need to rewatch it. Good play by the DB.

Maybe at 4th and 5 the d is preventing 5-6 yard throws so go for the one-on-one with your playmaker

 

Pickens wins that a pretty good percentage even if they know it's coming & with Rudolph they atleast have to respect the go which could lead to even higher % success... that being said,,, definitely better plays...
