Those that said it wasn’t a game fixing move, tell me that replay had to buzz in to verify a catch on that and not the previous one?!

Even without that stoppage there was clearly 1 second on the clock when he spiked it. I don't understand what they were reviewing on that play though. Unless they thought he stepped out of bounds?

Of course they could. The clock was stopped with 1 second left. There was no shortage of time

Game is giving me a headache....what a fortunate chain of events for the Seahawks. Two fumble recoveries and an ill-advised play stoppage to review a catch that was clearly a catch and then win the coin toss. It might be meant to be for them.

Steelers offense scored 6 points in the second half as well.

No because if it was one second like they showed...they start the clock...as soon as it's lined up...they wouldn't have been able 2 clock it, by the time the did would be no time for the field goal

No because they spiked the ball.

Before the review they had spiked the ball with 1 second. They still would have had a field goal try

In wrestling parlance we just got jobbed and jobbed hard. Only thing this needs is Cowher to come down and shove a picture in the refs pocket

As soon as the ball was set the clock goes...after a fumble

the former ref on the broadcast scorned mike tirico for suggesting they would need to review that. obviously he was running up the sidelines

They still get points for an OT game, right? Can't they follow hockey rules? :lolol:

Realistically what we should be mad at is giving the receivers that much cushion all the way down the field. It was way too easy for a back up QB there.

There was at least 1 second left. Where they got lucky is 2 fumbles without losing ball

I’d be pissed if he didn’t spike the ball with a second left. Either way they were kicking that FG.

But they did. The Seahawks had no idea the clock was stopped with 3 seconds left. They spiked the ball with 1 second left on the clock. It was clear as day. If the refs didn't stop the clock with 3 seconds left, the Seahawks would have stopped it with 1 second left.
