Need a big defensive splash play for a chance at this game!

He said what I've been saying Ben throws off his back leg and uses his upper body instead of his legs

Screw this slow death game, I'm almost wishing the Saints would just shoot us in the head by scoring a quick touchdown so that I can get on with my day. :(

What's ironic is they were talking Ike up against Jimmy Graham. They were saying how we were shutting Graham down. But who needs Graham when you've got Ike Taylor?

Why don't we ever try and strip the ball?

I'm usually defending Ben for keeping us in the game, despite everything else happening, but today he's a big part of the problem. He's just making bad decisions, throwing into coverage, or overthrowing targets.

I wonder if any long term Saints fans can loan us some of those paper bags they used to wear over their heads?

Were getting beat by backup TE's and a backup WR who had never scored a TD in his career until today. Were also being shut down by one of the worst defences in the league.

Correct to me if I'm wrong, I'll go back later and look..... But it sure looked like stills stepped out of bounds before catching the td pass..... Isn't that an offensive penalty? I thought a player couldn't be the first one to touch the ball after stepping out.

You are correct but I didn't see it happen. But that would have been an illegal touch though.

This Steelers team seems to have a lot of those times where someone on the other team gets a first or best in their career.

We'll never know. They refused to show a replay.

    Odd, that. :innocent:

If there is no other angle than the one shown, there's no proof of catch, which means Roger will intervene

I think he caught it. But I'm not sure there is inconclusive evidence.

Yeah, looked like it to me. Mcnabb mentioned it but then they glossed over it and never showed the replay again.

It is and it looked like he did. The Steelers bench and players were pointing at it and the announcers mentioned it, but didn't show a replay.
