Steelers Vs. Redskins Preseason Week 2 Gameday Thread

We are long on stupid as a franchise. This team makes more boneheaded plays than a well-coached team does.

 

Yeah I bet him and Chris Berman took one of those swan boats out together. LOL!

 

I honestly don't know what that was.

 

He looks like Jar-Jar Binks but he's a helluva talent and the interview tonight before the game where he talked about how hard he had to work to get where he is today was exactly what my 9 year old needed to hear.

 

That Redskins guy that touched the ball first clearly didn't watch the "Sportsmanship, pass it on ad" Dirty cheater!!!!

 

They've been flirting with that ALL night. It might just happen.

Yeah but I was thinking he looked more like Kraang from Ninja Turtles but you're right about that talk about hard work though.

 

I doubt that happens based on what Tomlin said before the game.

 

Now this is more like it ,flashes of mediocrity followed by bouts of atrocity.

 

3rd and 15 with Jones we throw, but 3 and long with a HOF QB and our first string WRs we do a run play. Makes total sense to me.

 

Palmer will make the team because he can tackle on ST. LOL.

 

Palmer - 2 Tackles on special teams....and possibly the last guy both times that could've made the tackle.

 

another plus is he looks like a TE

 

I honestly am starting to think that Haley doesn't trust Ben to take what is there. He lets Grad sling it too but it's like he's still trying to reign Ben in.

I would LOVE to see him run that in to Shamarko! That would make this whole night totally worth it!

 

I don't think you can play the read option for a whole career as a qb. Once you lose a step I think they're gonna have to rely on their arm.
