My point being, why in the world would any team make a rookie RB their first option? Maybe he never missed a game in college. He also played 13 games at the most per year against smaller, slower competition (as an Indiana fan, I know we never challenged him). So now, Tomlin makes him numero uno thinking he'll last 16 games against grown men? Ain't gonna happen this year. He might never get injuried but he'll run out of gas by game 14. If this team is really pissed about going 8-8 and wanting to make noise in the playoffs, Bell isn't the answer.

 

Sadly I have to agree with you. We look TOTALLY predictable. I honestly think we've looked more explosive with GRAD in the game! I really think Haley doesn't trust Ben to run the play as called. I think that's why he's letting Grad stop by and simply take what's there. I really may be on to something there.

 

Adams is not a LT at all and obviously all this hitting they have done has done absolutely nothing but beat our own players up.

I would REALLY like to be a fly on the wall during the next team meeting to see what Tomlin says about this performance.

 

I never thought I would be turning the Steelers off to watch the buccos but at this rate I may not even keep up with the Steelers until the pirates are done. This team is a joke.

Tomlin was saying before the game that he's really proud of Whimper. Whimper just got Grad killed.

 

That might be the worst half of football I have ever seen this team play....okay not literally, but it has got to be close.
