Steelers vs. Ravens Offical Gameday

The Titans don't have much of a pass rush, Burrow has time in the pocket to carve them up.

 

There was a poster who said earlier the Steelers wouldn't make any second half adjustments, the second half adjustments won them this game.

 

Keep in mind he won one of the pick em contests last year or the year before.

He’s just having fun.

 

Our only hope on offense, in a tight game, is when Ben goes no-huddle.

 

I was going to post something about the idiots who claim the coaches do not make half time adjustments.

 

Anyone who thinks Ben is in the top 20 reasons why this team could lose a game simply hasn't watched football......ever......in their 12 years on earth

 

Im in agreement. Even thought this early on. But it does make one wonder why Ben can’t function when he has to otherwise?

Wonder no more my friend................................It's because when he isn't in no-huddle, he calls the plays sent in by Futchner.

Think about it. If Ben changed every play Futchner sent in, people would say Ben is a dick, he is all about himself, he calls players out when they do stupid stuff, he doesn't listen to his coaches.....blah.....blah.....blah.

When Ben takes over, Futchner is no longer an issue..............and the offense plays in sync.

It's like they go into a game with 1 plan and a certain set of plays that they think must work and when is doesen't it's like they have no plan B or C and they can't make any adjustments until half time..Then when all else fails they go no huddle and empty.... They need to adjust much quicker and bring more than 1 plan to the game...Even in HS I liked to take at least 3 different plans into a game ..

Ben had the same problem with every one of his 3-4 OCs. You can’t blame all of them. Eventually, it’s obvious where the problem is. Ben.

 

If you (not you but the proverbial you) throws enough **** against the wall, some of it has to stick, right?

If you call for a Steeler loss every game, you will be right about 35% of the time (historically), which, I acknowledge, is better than some posters here but why hang your hat on 35% success....................unless you are a baseball player?

 

Ben is waaaaaay down on the list of reason why the Steelers would lose a game.

 

If he is in the game, Win with Ben, Loose with Ben, but he certainly is not way down the list.

I will agree to disagree. Ben hides the horrific weaknesses of Futchner, he commands exceptional play form the players in the huddle, and he knows how to call plays.

Sometimes, things can backfire on him but name any player in the history of the NFL who you can't say that about?
