I only saw it quickly but to me it looked like Tomlin was going to give him the quick hand shake and go, and Hairball got upset about that and yanked Tomlin's hand back to stop him walking away. I don't blame Tomlin as Hairball is a douche, especially with his running up scores with fake FGs and the like.
