My church is infamous for doing such things. Every year they schedule something over top of at least 2 to 3 games per year. And its usually the important stuff that you cant miss like the kids Xmas concert.

    Oh man

A tight game it will be. We need 4 big throws from Chuck on 3rd down this game. We must stay on the field longer.

Also, at least one splash play on defense or special teams. This game needs a team effort.

Also is pouncey starting at left guard today? I think so, no?

    The Steel City

    He is indeed.

I got so excited watching Clark, Harrison, and Brown talk with Coach Cowher that it compelled me to start the gameday thread 3 hours in advance.

I want to see our playmakers make some plays. A couple of good sacks by Harrison, an int by Troy, a crossing pattern with breakaway by Brown, a solid over the middle run and hit by Heath, a breakaway bomb by Wallace. If our playmakers live up to the label, we should win.

I say...Houston, New England, and Arizona. All part of the diabolical plan to get us to a clinched #6 seed at 8-7, and rested starters against the Browns in week 17....

Let's hope Wallace has a better game this week. We need him to shine and help Charlie out. AB being back should help a bunch.

I saw the interview as well! They just talked about the rivalry and said we need to punch them in the mouth. Cowher brought up to Tomlin about the Ray Rice terrible towel at the end of the game and then how Harbaugh called the ravens the tougher team in his post game speech. I was interested to here how Tomlin said it was all on Ben whether he played today, and that they were game planning with Charlie as our starter unless Ben showed otherwise. But I guess Tomlin told Ben on friday that he had to practice like he would play in a game, and once practice was over he knew he couldn't go today.

Sweet!!! I'm so excited, I had my girlfriend getting ready to go to a bar to watch the game and I just looked and I think I'm getting the game now. I could have sworn 506 maps said I wasn't and my TV guide showed the chargers/cincy game, but it's now updated and showing the Steelers. Whew!!!!!!

Yeah, it was the pregame interview. Afterwords, Cowher picked us to win because 'it's personal'.

    Here's the interview: http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/blog/e...cowher-talks-to-steelers-about-ravens-rivalry

Mendenhall not dressing is pretty surprising. Guess Tomlin really wanted to send a heavy handed message.

I was just reading that Colon was warming up, but haven't heard definitively if he'll be starting now. Personally, I don't expect him to.
