Steelers vs Jaguars Official Gameday

Is this consolation to anybody after this sucky performance? I hope the three other AFC North teams win so the Steelers, especially the offense, wakes up and gets their heads out of their butts! If it keeps going like this, we'll be fighting hard for one of those wildcard spots, probably the sixth seed, like we usually are under Tomlin!

 

The whole team better hope that the camera is broken then because they all are getting embarrassed.

 

No, he didn't. The defense just folded after that first interception. That is on them.

I'm not defending Roethlisberger. He lost this game more than anybody. But the defense failed, too, especially on that last drive.

 

Man, I was holding out hope that Ben was just in a temporary funk, but he is just playing so badly. I can't think of a worse performance by him in the last few seasons. He single-handedly gave the jags three scores.

 

Tomlin should learn from Jags 2 rback attack.

Bottom line is Ben stinks, he has all season. We can only muster 3 fg's on a team that is suppose to be an offensive power house. At some point you have to look at the qb and Ben has been off all season. I am a Ben supporter but he has looked bad.

The D played well enough to win the game especially in today's NFL with the rule book stacked against them...the loss is directly on the O as usual. Maybe the D wearing down saved wrist watch Ben from another pick 6...I really hope they fire Haley after the game so we can get some clarity on this horse **** offense and its ineptitude.

Hard to defend the players and coaching staff here. This team appears soulless for lack of a better term.This "boys will be boys" attitude that Tomlin employees as a management tactic, I believe, has lead to a gutless, undisciplined squad. Now is time when AB should be kicking Gatorade coolers, but he got his targets, so why bother?

Ben seriously retire after this year. I know be careful what you wish for we could be in for a decade or more of bad times. But we might as well move on now instead of teasing ourselves every year thinking Ben will get it together.

This is where defensive should get in the face of the offense behind closed doors.
