Steelers vs Eagles OFFICIAL Gameday Thread

I don't care if it's 34-3 or 21-20, this is a loss that the Steelers could not afford. It's a game against a rookie QB that they were favored to win. Don't want to hear about the injuries or refs or anything else. New England just went out and stomped a team playing their equivalent of Landry Jones.

1 game doesn't define a team, but it does show that the Steelers are not ready to beat the big boys like New England or Denver.

This team IS NOT going to be able to go into New England and win a playoff game, so they can't afford to give games away because New England doesn't do that. If the Pats get HFA, it's over. That's the issue.

I'm tired of all the talk from Ben and Brown etc. Great teams and all time players don't put up games like this. Instead of worrying about 2000 yds or 30 points per game, just shut up and produced. Produce first, talk later. Otherwise, you're noting more a big mouth who can't back it up.

Agreed, but if they don't somehow find a pass rush, they won't go far. JJ is a certified bust (Steeler Glenn insert Disagree rating here), love James but he's old, Moats isn't a sack guy and Dupree hurt. Man, it's not looking good.

 

What was that defense they were playing? 2 down linemen all game?
