Here is the difference in approach between these 2 teams. On defense the db's are obstructing the receivers from the LOS and beyond. The Steelers aren't touching guys and the losing them on their routes.

Ben does not have enough time for people to get open further down the field......so yes, given the line and the fact that he isn't going to be running around in the back field, 3-5 yards is all there is. You want them to run deeper routes, the line needs to get Ben at least 3 seconds to throw
