    Cut all the old guys at the end of the year. Cut any non-hacker who can't earn his paycheck.

    What are we left with? Oh, yeah. A rebuild. We'll have a decent core. But a tweak alone isn't going to get it done.

    I disagree. You've got a good offense that needs to execute better. And a defense that has got some pieces to build around. All is not lost.

    Regarding the old guys, Kiesel, TP, and JH...
    Kiesel is here because of bad personnel decisions.
    TP out of loyalty to a fault.
    Harrison because of injury.

    I think (hope) all are gone for sure next year.
