Apology accepted. I scare the boys sometimes, when I'm not wowing them with all my football and stats knowledge (though I'm in Redskins land, so it's not hard to know more). LOL

That would be nice. Clearly Wheaton there's some communication/route issues there.

Even though the Steelers do not deserve this game I have seen sooooo many missed holding calls and PI on Cleveland it has been ridiculous. Not saying the Steelers would have even taken advantage of the calls.. I don't think it would have made a bit of difference

Yeah! Wheaton has had a monumentally awful game.

We didn't see a "prolonged" ineffectiveness for the Steelers under Cowher. In 1998, the team stayed in the hunt until that T-giving coin-flip game and then fell apart. In 1999 the team looked decent until the same point. In 2000, the team started slow and then nearly made the playoffs. And all that with Kordell at QB. Furthermore, those late 90s teams had lost tons of talent due to free agency. Remember, TRS was still home. Salary cap rules were different. Cowher was trying to coach and build a team while handcuffed.

Now, the salary cap rules are fairer.

Well, I guess if you complete this series....

    W, L, W, L, W, L....______

That means Houston is in for more than they can handle....

I actually like watching the game alone when the Steelers are not doing well. And this year I have spent a great deal of time alone lol

I'm sorry guys I'm gonna get some backlash from this but there is one constant for our redzone misery and its Ben. I like Ben too but he is just too inconsistent and inaccurate. He holds the ball till someone is wide open and then he still misses them more often than not.

I can't remember a steelers WR having a worse game than this ever.

And we finish at a predictable 8-8 with nothing real changing in the off season.

Seems to be a good hitter and was the reason the browns had a turnover but I would like to see more interceptions from our secondary

3 called run plays on the first RZ trip says otherwise.

I'm definitely glad to be watching this one at home for a change. If it had been like most weeks I'd have been at my local watering hole and it's possible tequila shots may have come out in the beginning of the second half as a coping mechanism!

You won't get backlash fro me. I think he's a lazy (albeit supremely talented) QB; so I was not surprised by Sanders's comments.

Harrison is probably thinking, "I came back for this?"

Then he looked at what another year of playing did to his back account and said, meh I don't care.
