Back to back weeks Arthur Smith has not called a good game. Doubly so in possession based downs. Not enough conventional runs and too many wide zone runs. That isn't going to work on a Defense that possesses the speed that Cleveland does.


Hammering it up the middle in those short possession downs would have been the better play. Stop going for Counter based runs. Those are not working.

I’m usually a Tomlin supporter. That was an horrific display of coaching. Game plan. 4th down tries. Terrible use of Timeouts. Stupid decision to decline the penalty. My word.
