Winston is not a terrible QB. He has a ton of skills, but he makes terrible decisions that keep him from being a good QB. Anyone surprised by throws like that, isn't paying attention to what he's done his whole career. Even last week on a career day, he threw 3 picks and 2 of those went back for 6. He can pick apart a D.
