Little love or our team from ESPN

Except for Hensley, guys a tool. Actually believes Arians would screw Ben over, rob him of a weapon, just to stick it to the Steelers. Getting let go was the best thing that ever happened to BA, I'm sure hes still stewing over it. I'm sure Mr Hensley believes the X Files was a documentary.

    Anyway, happy reading...

I thought we did well enough. Yeah, we took a boom/bust guy in Dupree who has a really high ceiling (at a position of need too), but who is to say that's a bad thing? We got a player (or two lol) at every position of need this year, so I'm happy with that. Let's hope some of them turn out to be studs!

Remember folks... These polls are meaningless once actual football is played haha

I thought all four teams had good drafts. I really think Cleveland had a great draft. Yes, they didn't get a QB but all the holes can't be filled in one year. Even a position as important as the QB. They got WR Mayle in the mid rounds and signed Dwayne Bowe and Brian Hartline so a top WR was not a gaping hole. They decided to solidify the line of scrimmage with picks like Shelton, Erving, Orchard, and Cooper. And they took a gamble on #1 round talent Olomu in the 7th.

Pittsburgh was a close second. Almost 1A and 1B.

Cincy and Balt. are very close to me. I'd give a slight edge to Cincy. They chose to go with top lineman which is a good move because I think they are fairly set at offensive skill positions.

For Baltimore, Perriman seems to me like a Cordarelle Patterson type. Killer HWS but can he put it together "upstairs" to learn the playbook and read defenses. If he does, then its a huge weapon. Just like Coates could be for us. (In the 3rd). Carl Davis is seen as another great pick by the Ravens. But I've read some reports on him having a bad attitude toward practice and work ethic. Does he have some Albert Haynesworth mental tendencies? IDK, but its a risk I'm glad the Steelers didn't take. He was considered a late 1st, early 2nd by a lot of mocks. Why did he fall to the late 3rd.

I think they all did well except Cleveland, I agree with the article, Cleveland was basically Cleveland, same old same old. People complain about KC, thank God we don't have Farmer as our GM.

    Wait a minute, it wasn't?

lol, Scully was hot. If I was Mulder, I would have seen the red carpet more times than DeNiro.

    :lolol:

I should rephrase that, can't say they had a bad draft when they landed players like Shelton and Erving, plus if Ifo recovers that could be a steal but where is the offense??? Hate the WR and TE's they took and they could have taken a chance on a QB with 12 picks in your pocket, there were some worthy to choose from.

I agree, maybe they think Manziel will come around. OK seriously, I cannot argue that one. I still think they should have kept Hoyer, he isn't a franchise guy but a good stop-gap. Who'd they get in the off season, McCown? If Garrett Grayson would have lasted two more picks, do you think they take RB Duke Johnson?

I don't think so, think they are going to see what JM's got and yes, should have kept Hoyer and after they find out JM isnt the answer, they will be drafting another QB anyway.

These draft reviews are all over the place. I seen one where Bucky Brooks was really dogging us hard.
