Steelers v. Panthers: Game Thread

We as Steelers fans just need to come to except that this team sucks right now. No reason to get upset

 

They have to fire Haley now. You have to play to win the game. Our D is not good enough to play conservative

 

That is against Tecmo Todd's genius philosophy.

 

Does anyone know what happened to the team that played the Browns first two quarters of the season

 

Imagine how good we could look if we had 12 or14 days off? Stellar performance so far...

 

I can accept them struggling if they try. But. What kind of play calling is this. Give US a chance in the game.

 

Ben was hit hard last week... I think the idea is to keep him healthy

 

The problem is our offense can't execute well enough to be aggressive. We start throwing int's and fumbling

I cant get mad and let something I cant control ruin my day.

If management doesnt care to fix it...that's their fault.

 

Maybe Carolina will just run the score up and Newton won't need the protector by halftime.

...but seriously, you have ****ing speed at WR in Brown and Wheaton AND Heath, yet we can't throw a pass beyond 3 yards at least once?

when we will be forced to when we are down 3 touchdowns, the defense will be expecting it... Come on now..

 

Serious question-- has Ben even attempted a deep pass yet this season?

 

Settle down, we will throw down field. We're being patient right now, something a lot of teams do when playing very good defences. We'll feel them out and then we'll start getting the ball down field more

 

I think Haley has to do the dink and dunk stuff because our "defense" is so bad that we are trying to keep them on the bench.

Yeah we get 1 or 2 of those a game...

 

Maybe we are running so much to try and get them on some play action?
