I love the comments about Colon and Sanders! People seem to forget how good Sanders could be.

Yeah, if Sanders can stay healthy, he should have a breakout season.

Not sure how to take Ike's comments about Sanders.... makes it sound like Manny stunk up the joint last year...he was damn good when he wasn't hurt.

Not really. I'm sure it's just between the foot, the knee, and his mother''s death that Sanders was never really 100%.

    From earlier, before practice started-

"OL Willie Colon on PIT RB Isaac Redman: "He has no problem getting north-south. He doesn't mind getting 3yds. He doesn't mind getting 5yds"

"Jerricho Cotchery said he doubts Brown's contract was "message" to Mike Wallace. Steelers straight up tell you what they feel, he said."

"Steelers WR Emmanuel Sanders said Antonio Brown's contract is "definitely motivation to keep coming in and working hard"

Steve is up to 320-325 lbs., I believe, and size was the only part of his game that was missing. That's a hell of a lot of good news for a position that was supposed to be a weakness of ours! I'm thrilled with our short-term outlook, long-term outlook, and depth.

Too bad we just have one weak 280 pounder at the position, right Warren? How does that guy still have a job?
