Steelers to wear throwback uniforms vs. Raiders

I’m guessing the throwback jerseys are now going to have a custom patch sewn on them

 

It meant alot, the area was just starting to experience the down turn, I know I left in 80
to find a job because the unemployment in the metro area was over 20%. We had something to be proud about
I was fortunate to grow up in that era. I will always remember how good people felt after a Steeler victory and for some of us elder
people still do today. Hell I still wore my Steeler gear to work every Friday during the season until I retired this past April.

 

The block numbers will be out this weekend. Yea

Post was made before the news. I didn’t know. You liked my post. Then came back after the news broke to unlike and say this. That’s pathetic.

 

I came back and wondered who the idiot was that liked your post only to find out it was me with a fat finger so I corrected the mistake

 

When I saw the subject I thought it was the Hamburglar jerseys. I am glad it’s the classic block letter 70s jersey. Those damn Hamburglars are seizure inducing.
It won’t matter that much to me, as I will depend on online updates while soaking my tootsies in the Caribbean. I be retired now.

 

They already had a 50th anniversary patch for Saturdays game so Im assuming they will do a helmet decal before a patch and then maybe a patch later.

 

I believe, but not certain the Steelers will be wearing the Uni's from the 70's DYNASTY YEARS

Weren't those uniforms fantastic looking last night? God what an era and players that wore them.
