He's got some wheels, he is fast, not a real big guy. Not against having him here, he will be by far be the best kick returner we have had here in a long time. Not sure if he'll be doing the punt returns or not.

I still think Steelers will be drafting a RB Rounds 4-6 I would guess. I'm James Connor fan boy, so I hope it's him.

He's been an OK RB at times but he's had fumbling problems in the past. Also, I don't remember him as a punt returner just a kick returner.

Probably bumps Fitz out. Same level of runner but better kick returner.

They'll still be drafting a RB.

    I don't expect DWill back.

KD is a very good kick returner and an upgrade over Fitz at RB.

    I like the move.

i've always been intrigued by davis's size and speed......... his ball security has been the only thing holding him back from being a feature rb in this league

Getting paid millions and never has to see the field unless it's the playoffs. Not bad.

If he's ever more than 3rd string we're in trouble. I like him for STs and not much more....

Dwill said. On Twitter in response to what the signing means for him...

"Not sure but it means they got a dynamic player. I remember him showing up on our scouting report."

For whatever that's worth to yall

I've always liked Knile Davis, especially as a returner. He'll probably have more of an impact on STs, but I like the signing for depth. I still think a RB is added in the draft as well.

it wouldn't take much to be an upgrade from Fitz. Especially in kick return game. Anybody different would be an improvement back there.

It's ok if he fumbles. Tomlin will bench him and it will never happen again. I just want to be on record as saying that he will have only one fumble as a Steeler...

I like Davis as a returner. He returned one 109 yards against us in preseason back in 2013.

Not crazy about this signing, Davis got off to a fast start in his career but then faded fast. If this is just a ST move I guess I am fine with that but I don't like using up a roster spot just for a returner when most of the time it is a touch back anyways. This is a guy who could stick with the Packers last year when they were desperate for a RB, not sure what his problem was but that tell mes there was a problem.

Word on the street is that he had trouble reading his blocks as a RB for Green Bay. Hopefully a full training camp here will better acclimate him to an offense as opposed to being thrust right in mid season. But in reality, I don't expect much from him as a RB, but more as a returner.

In 5 years he has rushed for a total of 805 yards hardly feature back numbers, he is more of a kick returner with 1960 yards, they got him for cheap to return kicks otherwise he wouldnt have been signed, we will get a running back in the draft......
