Ladies and ladies, can we guess what are the two most overrated attributes in QB? If you said dynamic athleticism and pure arm strength, you’re 100% correct. If you believe otherwise, we have ice cream available

Who was that QB that the media and Draft spealists, and other talking heads kept building up, and praising a few years ago, and then fell to the 2nd round, and was out of the league in 3 -4 years,.. i think the jets may have drafted him but im not sure

One thing that has impressed me about Willis is that he was unaffected by the rain and wind on day 2 of practice. Some of the other guys looked very different in those conditions, especially Pickett.

It is important though. If you go into a foul weather game and know that your QB is going to be a different player, that’s a concern because that foul weather game could end up being a playoff game. I was actually pretty concerned about what I saw with Pickett in those same conditions. I’m hoping to find a Pitt game during lousy weather to see how he did. I know that it rained in the second half of their OT win vs North Carolina last season, but it didn’t look like a hard rain, and it didn’t look windy. Still, he didn’t look great in the second half of that game.

So....Let's not draft a Qb this year, and wait till next year. Just because a Qb is on the board doesn't mean You must take him.

No it doesn’t, and right now I’m leaning towards deferring this year as well. I really want to see how certain guys do today though.

I also want 2 see how they look today. Justs saying I don't want them 2 be like little kids ,and can't wait. "I must have it now" attitude only 2 miss possibly on something better later on. Remember the2013, 2014, or 2015 draft, and the hype. Lots of great players taken, but not Qbs. You have a few ok Qbs, but nothing You would go back , and draft in the 1st round. I know there are more drafts like that, but those 3 really come 2 mind.

I’m not convinced that this crop of QBs is as bad as the crop you’re referring to. I don’t see a top 10 type of talent, but at least 2-3 of them are probably legit lower 1st round talent. Today is going to be interesting because we get to see these guys playing in a more pro-style offense instead of an offense geared to them as college QBs.

CBS sports stated that after this week's performance of throwing in bad weather that Willis has shot up into the top 10 on draft day.

Or, we don't wait and go get Russell Wilson. Draft penning the offensive tackle first and muma the ilb second.

How are we going to draft those guys when it will cost us those draft picks (and more) to get Wilson? He’s not a free agent.

I think he is this years Trey Lance. Last year there was those saying he wouldnt even get drafted in the first rd only to go top 5. Thats Willis.

Keep in mind that Lance had a season with something like 42 total TDs with zero turnovers.

His 2019 season, 28 TDS and 0 Ints. His yardage was about the same as Willis, around 2800. Lance was extremely raw coming out, he played 1 game in 2020 because of Covid, he basically only had the 2019 season on his resume.

I’ll be shocked if Willis doesn’t go top 10.

28 passing + 14 rushing. Willis will probably get the last drive today, so let’s see if he does more than immediately tuck and run.
