    Well Patterson certainly wasn't in a hurry on his kick returns. On some of his runbacks I thought he was going to be flagged for delay of game.

    He had most of last year off. What does he mean on his " day off" haha.. In 2024, Cordarrelle Patterson, playing for the Pittsburgh Steelers, participated in 83 snaps, representing 10% of the team's total offensive snaps

    With this move they have 19m in cap space in the Top 51 allocation. I'm doubtful this was a cap move unless they're going to sign someone that eats up a huge chunk of that space. Honestly, I bet they open up another 5-10m when they cut the roster to 53 next month. I just think they let him go so he can sign elsewhere and have a legit shot to compete. If their cap numbers were tighter, I'd probably agree with this point.
