Steelers-Ravens Games

I was just looking at our schedule and realized that we play the Ravens only two weeks apart. I can't believe I didn't notice this before and apologize if there's already been a topic about it. I wish they weren't so close, we're usually pretty banged up after playing them. Why does the NFL schedule games like these so close together?

 

positives
we play them at home first in primetime
they then fly to san diego we go to cleveland

it could be a three game swing

 

And so are they!! And no 55 this year for them. It seems like he always has a career game against our boys.

agree,,,, 55 will be back..... agree they have the killer instinct .. we dont... they can beat a team by 20 or 30 points.. we cant.. ooops i mean we DONT .. thru no killer instinct.. if we get up 10 or 14 points we coast.. done.. and that sometimes comes back to bite us in the ass.. especially with our D or at least or 4th qt D .. or lack of which

I dont like the idea of playing a Major Divisional Opponent so close together, especially because these games tend to be a bit more physical than say...Steelers versus Browns. I just want to beat them BOTH times this year with a healthy team. I would love for both teams to be at a minimum 90-95% healthy for one another- this way nobody has an excuse.
