Maybe he'll choose to pass to the running backs, something for everyone.

I’d rather have the ball in Ben and JuJu’s hands, they are better players.

If I'm the opposing Def Coordinator, and you tell me your gonna take the ball away from Ben, so that Samuels and Snell can get carries, I'm ecstatic.

He’s never been good at checking down. Haley forced him, but he is gone. Ben brags about being a gunslinger and says he won’t change. That’s why he is good and not elite. It is why Brady and so many others are better. Imagine Brady or Peyton with Ben’s athletic ability.

I couldn't agree more. That was the benefit of L Bell, a running back who could play wide receiver.

Is this while our OL is manhandling the opposing team thru the run game
And old # 7 is about to throw his 20th pick of the season? Yes I truly want Ben throwing
50 times a game. That way he can throw it to the other team some more.

I don’t know why it’s so hard to grasp for some. It’s not “ taking “ the ball out of Bens hands. It’s improving the balance from 70/30. It’s quite simple and proven to work ,look at the success of the teams achieving that balance in their offense. As far as RB by committee? Increased rushing opportunities can be spread throughout the 3 backs. You can’t just force Conner to eat up what should be the increased usage by the RBs. The committee approach should be 8-15 carries (per game) from the 2nd and 3rd backs...imo

It's a great idea. I don't think Conner can handle the load Bell did. Like him or not, Bell was the cowbell RB in the NFL the past 3 or so years. With that said, I think the Steelers will be just fine with a RB by committee approach because of the O-line. Need to take care of the boys up front. Very much underrated concept in the whole Bell talk.

Snell has that style Steeler fans love, so I'm anxious to see what he brings. He's probably my favorite pick of the draft but there was a different direction I wanted to see the FO take. I wanted a breakaway runner to better compliment Conner and Samuels, but Snell is a snot knocker so that's OK in my book. Love what this guy brings. I see him as the eventual #2

Being the number 2 running back for the Steelers is like being the understudy for Carol Channing in Hello Dolly.

It’s an old Broadway musical staring Carol Channing. She has a really annoying voice.

You aren’t old enough. She performed the play 5,000 times without missing an act.

Thank you for explaining. I knew of the play and I knew who Carol Channing was, but I didn't realize she had an iron woman streak like that.
