It is funny because I found this article that Guarantees the Steelers will play 10 games in Pittsburgh every year because of their Stadium Lease with the City.

As for the Steelers having a home game moved internationally, their current stadium agreement does not allow for them to play less than 10 games at home in any season.

But the way the NFL schedule is setup right now you never get to an 11th home game. If you have 9 regular home games, then you have 1 preseason home game. If you have 2 preseason home games, then you have 8 regular season home games.

The Steelers are supposed to play on the road against the Eagles this season, making them a potential opponent for the season-opener. Pittsburgh was not given an international game in 2024 prior to Philadelphia being announced as the team to host in Brazil.
