Tonight at 6pm on the NFL channel, what I have seen so far they do the 1st 3 picks and do like 2 different outcomes according to what the 1st pick is. Kinda cool and I think it would be fun to see what they do then do a mock off it here.

Thanks NY. I've got my DVR set to record it.

I'm guessing Alexander will be on their 1st round list along with a safety and WR (even though we rarely take WRs that early).

It was weak, Daniel Jeremiah had the Steelers drafting all Clemson players in the first 3 rounds.

I like him, but don't love him. He's pro ready, but I don't know that he has great long-term upside. Ultimately I took Apple over him in our message board mock draft. More upside, though his tackling (or lack thereof) makes me a but nervous.

The NFL Network guys predictably mentioned Alexander first and put him in at 25 in their first 3 round attempt. Then they put Apple in at 25 in their second go-around.

Then Davis went Apple, Michael Thomas and KJ Dillon.

I've seen some stuff about Kendall Fuller and actually Ike said that's who he thinks we're gonna take. So none of the NFL Network guys said that? I REALLY like Kyle Fuller and if he's as good as his brother I'd take him in a heartbeat and I'd be very happy if they did.

I agree 100% I feel one of our biggest needs is DT and all they could talk about was CB and S. Don't get me wrong they are big needs too but so is NT. The other thing we all knew or most did was they were gonna draft us a WR. I am fine with that I know most don't like it with all our other needs but when you are a strong some where you have to make sure you stay that way.

They had on Brian Balldinger(sp) after not sure if anyone saw it but he did point out DT and mentioned Billings could be an option in the 1st. It will be replayed this morning again at 6ish if anyone missed it or want to sit and listen to two guys who have no clue about our needs..........

I'm not a fan of Jeremiah, and can't stand Davis. I predicted early in this thread that they would go WR for us, and sure enough WR is the guy in the 2nd for both mocks. Just an overreaction to the Bryant issue IMO. Baldinger made a bit more sense than those guys, though I was a bit surprised that he thinks Golden fills our need at safety.

Wouldn't be a bad pick if he passes the medical re-check. His 2014 tape is generally quite good, but he really hurt himself (physically and in resulting bad tape) by playing the first 3 games in 2015 with a torn meniscus. Throw out the medical, and I like him as much as Alexander and Apple.

Yeah I saw that you did and you hit it right on, heck I am surprised they didn't take a TE for us, lol. Baldy was so much more on then these two but oh well it is fun. I am surprised over the Golden comments myself I know some here are real him on him....I am not as far as a starter, jmo. He fills a nice roll for depth but right now my confidence in him isn't high.

I want to point out I am not totally against the WR pick and I will tell you why. I know we have needs bigger but all our needs con be filled in FA(what's left) and/or the draft, imo. I don't like what is left at WR in FA, not that this class is great at WR but we are not looking to get a day 1 starter either. We are a passing offense, god forbid we lose AB or Wheaton. That means everyone else moves up a spot and we are already asking Coates to move up one already. Also with Wheaton being a FA next year his price tag should go up cause he is looking at a bigger role now. So drafting a guy to learn in case of injury or depth in case of FA is fine with me. Keep the machine well oiled and it will keep running, jmo.

Haha, I like Charles Davis. Not crazy about Jeremiah. All 3 picks from Clemson...come on. Put in the effort, must still be tainted from his Balt. days. None of these paths to the drafts are very good imo anyway. They focus so much on the teams picking in the top 5 or so and the big name players that they hardly dig deep into any of the team needs etc.

Baldy did a little better, he even mentioned McCullers as the back up who would need to step up. At least he had an inkling of the roster.

Mackenzie Alexanders athleticism is a major concern for me. I would not use a 1st rounder on him. He got succeeded because he has the aptitude and demeanor for the position, but i'd be worried NFL WR talent would eat him up.

i like him. i assume peake is the wr too? i've seen him ranked around the 4th round though. i like him too.

i'd take that draft and add simmons at safety too and i'd be a happy guy.

Yeah my bad it was TJ Green, I wouldn't mind getting him in the third round.
