You just have to stare into the center of that thingy and the menu appears.
This will be the last year under contract for the NFL Package on DirecTV. Then it's open season.
I'm hoping that there is a Steelers package only. The cost of DirecTV is just stupid. I had it on and off since I got DirecTV. So I got it last year and low and behold the Steelers were on regular TV a large percentage of time. Hoping my local watering hole goes back to showing games this season.
Even if they have a Steelers only package you’re gonna have to either stream it or have a platform like DIRECTV that hosts it.
Agreed, but it maybe a little cheaper.
Yeah probably cheaper, but it’s gonna be a problem for some people with limited Internet access. I’m fine with SundayTicket personally. I like to watch other games also.
Jeh be careful when using smart TV's or DVD/Bluray players that also have apps or streaming capabilities. As with any technologies there are good parts and bad parts I did a lot of review reading before I bought my Samsung smart TV's. There were an overwhelming number of negative reviews based solely on the customer not understanding what their TV was and wasn't capable of. Quite a few were due to them connecting their TV to their network and then either moving the TV or unplugging it. These newer TV'S will store their IP address and when plugged back in will attempt to use that IP even if the network has given it out to another device. The reviews would be negative saying it connected at first but never again.
Recently I've been trying to find a 4k HD bluray player that just plays movies. People writing reviews complaining about streaming apps and such. If you want streaming get a Roku, Chrome cast, AppleTV, Firestick, or FireTV, don't buy a disc player.
Anti piracy laws are tough to navigate especially with the grey areas surrounding TV broadcasts and direct downloads from legitimate media sellers. Now back in the old days when you could record on a VCR and even into DVR territory you were ok as long as you weren't trying to profit from selling the stuff you recorded. My media collection is such a hodge-podge of content from many sources that it would be difficult to prove what I legally bought and what I didn't. In the end the Feds are looking for the big fish. Sometimes they will come after little guys but the digital frontier is outpacing the tech to police it.
I get Game Pass on NFL.com
Why did you have to go and tell him that?
He just got the courage to try something new and you drop that on him?
When We are not playing I watch four different games at a time. LoL.
Sometimes my inner tech geek escapes it's leash and offers unsolicited advice. I think I'm becoming one of those people on the ad for first time home owners becoming their parents. Squirrel shouting has to becoming soon.
I Love those commercials. Although sometimes I'm like.....what's wrong with that when I'm watching???..LoL
Thank you for the kind feedback
Not that I understood it
Lol not a problem. Basically it just means if something suddenly goes sideways on you look at your wifi network. Or find a neighbor kid to fix it that works too
When my dumbass can't figure out something on my smart phone I immediately contact my 14 year old who makes me look stupid.
I do that or the eight game split screen.
Occasionally but not ooften IRDC
