Steelers longest TD of the season

Dear Mommy Canada. We don't believe you. Tell little Matty to prove it or simply get lost.

 

Your chances during the season increase if your coordinator can call up a 99 yard TD with the players that can actually pull it off as opposed to an 8 yard TD once especially 9 games into the season. How many drive stalls or 3 and outs have we had so far this season?

 

How in the crap has Matt Canada survived the bye?

 

Mike Tomlin can't fire his friends and the Steelers FO is A OK with that.

 

Every teams fans complain especially when their team sucks.

Well, let's say it would be nice for defenses to have to game plan for us being able to do this and maybe get less personnel in the box to open up the shorter game/ runs. JMO>

 

Absolutely. However, not all the fans complain. Each week when we fail and it appears that nothing is going to change or improve, the number of complainers incrementally increases each time as well as the number of coaching threads on this board. Winning solves many things, and when we do so, some posters seem to vanish into the abyss until the next loss. Like magic. So, hells bells, let's just start winning and keep it going. JMO>

 

No, YOU can. Others will put Rooney, Canada, Pickett, Harris, etc.

No I get that but it’s not unique to Steelers. If you check out other teams message boards it’s pretty much the same. You have the super optimistic fans the level headed ones and the negative complainers. And to take it even a step further the HC is the one who usually catches the most hate.

 

Keep up the great work M Canada. We need the high draft pick. How pathetic is 8 yards being longest td. Worst OC a in the league and the head coach is not much better. Loser staff

 

Less likely to score TD's if we have no big play ability. We're clearly relying on nothing but 75 yard drives.

 

How people on this board can’t see how incompetent this coaching staff is beyond me. It all starts with MT he is the one hiring these losers to be associated with.

 

We all see it. Even if we didn't, we always have you to point it out............in EVERY thread!

 

So, if we continue to suck and do horrible, no one is supposed to mention anything about our coaching because it's been said before and you are upset about reading about it again? Even though no one is forcing you to read about it again, you are still upset about reading about it again. JMO>

 

In fairness there are lots of comments and threads on this board complaining about the coaching, media are now asking Tomlin about it and it is all over Twitter and other platforms too. It is not some taboo issue that people are trying to brush under the carpet. Everyone can see that there are issues.

Id be surprised if there aren’t significant changes in the offseason. I’ve given up on 2022 personally and am not too bothered about wins and losses. Maybe a really bad season and a top 5 pick is the wake up call ownership needs at this point.

 

For me, I would be surprised if any significant changes will be made. As bad as things look, I am not quite ready to say the season is lost. I am a realist and until we are mathematically out, we're not. But we are playing bad, and nothing seems to be getting better, and the standard remains the FU standard, so I don't begrudge anyone for expressing their opinions about it no matter how many times its done or after how many times others complain about it. IMO, anyone who tries to censor legitimate posts that are within the rules of this board are the ones that need to seek other boards where they are amongst likeminded censorship participants. JMO>
