Look at New England they won 6 Super Bowls without a true #1 WR.

Did you watch Rodgers in week 1 against the Saints?

An argument can be made that the Steelers won in 05/06 without a true #1.

Go watch the catch Claypool made over Tre White in the Buffalo game. Diontae's TD catch against Buffalo was a great catch.

Yes, but he wasn't a true #1. Hines was a great players but he was more of an all arounder, not someone that consistently dominates as a receiver like AB did.

No they don't, they have a fine WR core. that given better team
    play will be just fine.

You would be surprised if any of these WRs receive a second contract. JuJu and Washington will be gone next year and that leaves. Johnson and Claypool. Ray Ray probably will be cut because we'll find someone else to return kicks and punts.

What priority will drafting a speedy Wr be next year?
We'll need more focus on the OL and if our draft position is high enough a quarterback. Then it's Corner and ILB.

Ben isn't even looking at JuJu, maybe this can't/won't throw over the middle has some teeth. Maybe in Canada's system JuJu is a decoy there to bring the safety down. Other than that I've seen Ben make his decision on where he wants to go with the ball early after the snap many, many times. As far as the receivers? Yeah, they sucked last Sunday. More than "stupid old broken down" Ben. Hope they can step up their game no matter who is tossing them the rock.

It looks like he almost releases the throw but doesn't. I have no idea why other than Ben is afraid to make the throw. And yeah, the offensive struggles are definitely not all due to Ben but his limitations are really hamstringing the offense and we continue to refuse to actually emphasize the run, preferring to rely on a passing game that has not been good enough for awhile.

Never mind the #1 WR, right now it’s debatable if we have a #1 QB

As much as this pains me to say this ,our best chance is to go Gun and empty..I would start with Harris as a runner and motion him out , but Ben simply can't read the Defenses well enough he has no ideal what the Deep Safeties are doing having 5 targets running around will help Ben..He may get killed because he misses a blitz call , but it is his best chance to move the ball..

So yes I am suggesting to throw the Matt O out the window Ben simply can't run it..Let Ben gunsling til he can't and then move on..Just throw the Playbook in the trash and let Ben call the routes at the LOS it will be a lot of short quick stuff but he can follow his plan better than a game plan..

Yes. Mainly though their offense was balanced.
You can have a good passing game and a good running game without having a #1 receiver and using RB by committee. New England is a great example.

The only thing that is a must is a good QB and an offensive line.

LoL. Oh my gosh a Qb misses a Guy that's open for a second. I point this out 5 times a Game with Lamar yet people still pine for him. It happens. I will bet any that wants 2 take the bet that I can find this happen about 2 a game in 90% of the games. It's when it happens 2 the same Qb over , and over 5 or more times every game that's when You worry.
