I don't buy it personally. The Steelers reported "interest" as far as I'm aware centers around the fact that he visited the Steelers team neurosurgeon recently. Their neurosurgeon, Dr. Joseph Maroon, is coincidentally the man who performed the surgery on Finley.

Nope don't buy it. They're not looking for another rental at the position.

one of the best in the country. his maroon group has many good neurosurgeons in I know two states. he was originally a local boy from ohio where I live. I know his brother ,nephew and great nephew. occasionally he would show up on a Friday night HS game. good guy too. great surgeon. lots of people go to his group for quality. JF probably not coming here I wouldn't think.

I think there could be interest in Finley, but I think it would be contingent on a couple of things. Most of that IMO is that Finley has to want to forfeit 10 million to keep playing.

My understanding is that everyone is playing the wait and see game. Wait till he is medically cleared and then try to work something out. Packers are hoping there is zero interest and can resign him and get a steal. There are rumors about the Pats being interested and that could spell trouble for the AFC, lets hope he bides his time and explores all his options.

Lower leg injury. Assuming it's not too serious...he's got a lot of time before camp starts.
