Steelers have had some GREAT nicnames

is Omar Epps a nicck name? For Tomlin of course...

I was always surprised nobody ever thought of something for how Tomlin during press conferences. He always looks like somone just popped flash bulbs in his face when he speaks. His eyes are always super wide and blinks a lot.

Heh, I remember once meeting a Pittsbrugh native, who's favourite TV show was House, and who adored Mike Tomlin. She had, somehow, never seen the resemblance between the two until I pointed it out.

 

Don't forget about some of our "blue" nicknames we've had lately...

"F---wad" (Bruce Arians)
"Useless Pile of Sh--" (David Johnson, formerly held by Darnell Stapleton)

And my personal favorite (and a real one):

Willie "Turnstile" Colon

Although I like him now and think he's a good RT, his first few years he was awful in pass protection. Really, truly bad. He just let people run right by him. Turnstile fit perfectly.

 

From this year, Jonathan Scott sure did earn the "turnstile" nickname
