Steelers fans everywhere

I'm over it. I was fortunate enough to see them win two World Series'. What pisses me off are the generations of fans that haven't seen them win d!ck. The ones that never saw them in a pennant race, etc.

Bob Nutting doesn't care one bit about fielding a winning baseball club. He only cares about them being profitable, which they have been for him. I think it was 2016 when I read an SI article that had them ranked the tenth most profitable team in MLB. I like the game of baseball, but I hate what MLB has become and I hate that Nutting continues to realize huge profits while loyal Pirate fans suffer. I wouldn't give that jackass one thin dime. Even when someone offers tickets, I turn them down. Screw him.

 

Please expound of this. Mr. Nutjob will not field a competitive team for reasons I already stated. Thus the team sucks.

You can suck because you hire under qualified people who make poor personnel decisions resulting in a sucky product on the field.

You can deliberately and repeatedly refuse to spend money by not brining in talent and refusing to sign the talent that you develop, instead trading it away for cheaper players.
