Tomlin's not man enough to get up in their grill and tell them to get their heads out of their glutious maximus's. We need a Bill Cowher for that. Remember that Cincy game when Santonio was a rookie and kept fumbling and Cowher lit him up and set him down. THAT'S what we need from Tomlin but I'm not holding my breath.
