Steelers cruise

Is anyone on here going on the Steelers cruise in February? My cousin and I are going to the Bahamas through Royal Caribbean with some current players and former players and Steelers fans.

 

Wait, haven't the Steelers been on a cruise the last 1.5 seasons?

How does it work on those kind of things? Are the players just around, or is it like timetabled autograph sessions and stuff?

 

Well.....to eat dinner with Cam is an additional 800.00 lol An Autograph is 400.00. This is my first one but, from what I have read, they will be around and, if you get lucky, maybe you can get a pic with one. My cousin and I shelled out a little extra to attend an hour and a half long cocktail party with players and fans - I am thinking this will be my best chance to get close up pics.

 

Wow. I mean, Cam’s great and all, but I’d be expecting a hell of a dinner for that lol.

The cocktail party sounds like a better plan - hope you get the pics.

Going on my first cruise in June. On my bucket list. Probably run into some Steelers fans but to be on a cruise with Cam Heyward and Rod Woodson.

 

Sounds like a money making scheme to me, 800 to eat dinner with a millionaire, 400 to get him to sign an autograph, sounds like a nice cruise for them but a rip off for you....

 

You mean like paying that kind of money to go to a football game for a few hours? If you are aware of the costs and accept, it isn't a rip off. Of course, in the end if you feel you had a great time, then I say it was money well worth spending. JMO

 

Exactly. You certainly dont have to pay the money to have dinner with Cam - Which I am not. The players being on there are a bonus to me. Being on a trip surrounded by 1000 Steelers fans is what the draw is.

I've had enough cruises in the Corps. I still like making beer runs though.

All during the season, I kept saying if Tomlin is on this cruise, I will be throwing his ass overboard lol

 

Does it leave out of Port Everglades or Miami? Looks more and more like I'll be in Miami in Feb.
