He can be my new hero . I like the way he plays the ball he plays the FS position very well he can be a perfect single high safety .This could be the steal of the draft .

I think this could end up being a great pick. His tackling is abysmal, no question about that, but I think it's correctable. His poor tackling certainly had to contribute to his slide, but I've also read that he showed up very out of shape for the combine. He had the highest recoded body fat (15%) of any DB at the combine. Maybe he rested on his laurels after posting 14 INTs and hearing he was a sure-fire early round pick? I'm hoping sliding to the 7th will wake him up in regards to his conditioning, if so this could be the steal of the draft. Can't wait to see him at camp!

Hmm, didn't know that, and that's pretty bad. 15% is a great goal for my "dad-bod" but not for a NFL DB. Looks like he has a lot of work to do. James have any more room on his training crew down in Arizona?

Oh man, dad bod. Something about that made me grimace.

I wasn't aware of Holliman's body fat. I was surprised, but am excited about the pick. One GM at the combine described him as "A card carrying coward". That's not a label you want following you as a safety. Hopefully falling to the last round only to get drafted by the one and only Pittsburgh Steelers cures some of his...physique and tackling issues.

I was a guy who wanted Holliman in the worst way and I didn't know about the 15% body fat either. The thing is people say a lot of things not to long ago it was reported that Winston had a "spare tire" and how does he look now? I am by no means sticking up for Holliman but how much of what is said by scouts is true and how much is a smoke screen? I know this 14 ints means he did something right and that is the Holliman I am interested in for our team. As far as a "card carrying coward" if I remember right Deon Sanders was that and it work out for him. I am not worried about tackling I want turn overs, since our super bowl run we have not had more the 11 ints in a season.............

what suprises me the most is the press conference of MT and Colbert talking about these guys having a good year last year. like holliman and golsen where usually they say they like a body of work for more than that. guys that have done it more than just one year. I'm confused by the double talk by them. do you like proven guys or one year wonders? :hmmm::cool:
